The Lady of the Green Kirtle is a mutating human that can also turn into a dragon. She has a beautiful appearance and wears a green cloak. The Lady of the Green Kirtle deceives people to think that she is a lady instead of a dragon. She throws a mysterious powder on the fireplace, and smell comes out. The scent has an enchantment that whoever smells it will follow whatever the lady says. Eustace, Jill, and Prince Rillian almost fell into the magic but Puddleglum, who had resisted the smell the whole time, steps on the fire and extinguishes it. The Lady of the Green Kirtle became angry and transformed into a dragon. But Eustace and the prince fought well and killed the Lady of the Green Kirtle.
