Stars

Stars – A large body that produces a lot of energy

Why do stars twinkle?

There are particles in our atmosphere that are moving around.  They pass between our eyes and the stars, so they look as if they are blinking but in reality they don’t blink.

White Dwarf Stars – stars that are in the process of dying.

Variable Star – when its energy and heat varies: sometimes it is hot and bright, and at times, it produce less heat and dim.

Why do stars die? Stars die when the fuel that they use for thermonuclear fusion runs out.
