Mongolian Camp Life

Mongol families lived in a yurt or a ger. They are sheltered near streams. When the horses need a new grazing land, or the weather is cold, they move to another place. The large yurts are not dismantled, but put on carts with wheels pulled by oxen. They build the yurts with grease which makes it waterproof.
