Updated: May 14, 2020

Chapter 1

Andres Bonifacio just came out from a theatre where he played Bernardo Carpio, and he was feeling very heroic. Andres looked to the right and spotted a Spanish soldier harassing a child for money. The soldier got all the money then headed toward a beer hall. Andres followed the soldier inside and pretended to be a soldier. After all, he is an outstanding actor. Andres tried to retrieve the money from the soldier’s pocket. Too bad, he wasn’t a thief. The soldier turned, and Andres was caught. Andres backs away, but more soldiers come and make a circle around him. Guns pointed.

Chapter 2

The soldiers shoot, but Andres ducks. The soldiers try to stop the shots, but it is too late. The soldiers shoot each other. Andres tries to escape, but a sharpshooter from the dark corner of the room shoots him in the shoulder. Andres falls to the ground. The soldiers encircle him again, but the racket aroused the curiosity of the whole town, and almost all the people tried to help Andres escape by attacking the Spanish soldiers. They used any weapons they could find. Knives, pitchforks, and bow and arrows. Some even had revolvers! There were only less than 30 soldiers, but there were a hundred Filipinos. The Spanish soldiers were overwhelmed, and the Filipinos won.

Chapter 3

Some people carried Andres to the hospital. Andres recovers, but he has to wear a mask to conceal his identity from the Spaniards. He retires in his theatre job to start the KKK. Andres secretly talks with people who don’t like the Spaniards and prompts them to join the KKK. He invited a lot of people, and the KKK grew and grew.
